The Distributor must be of legal age to enter into binding contracts in any state of residence. A Distributor is an Independent Distributor, solely responsible for his or her own business and will not be an employee of GOLDFIELD ACCESS. As such, will not be regarded as an employee for purposes of the Federal Unemployment Tax Act, Federal Insurance Contributions Act or income tax withholding. It is his/her responsibility to pay any self-employment tax and all local, state and federal taxes as required by law.

Upon acceptance of this application, the Distributor will have the right to sell products of GOLDFIELD ACCESS in accordance with the company's Policies and Procedures. For these sales He will be compensated in accordance with the GOLDFIELD ACCESS compensation plan.

The Distributor shall abide by the Policies and Procedures and Compensation Plan of GOLDFIELD ACCESS. The Distributor agrees to abide by these rules and any other regulations or subsequent amendments to DISTRIBUTOR obligations and responsibilities as may become necessary.

The Distributor shall have no authority to bind GOLDFIELD ACCESS to any obligation or contract.
